1. Students participation and response were very low

The recent discussions on higher education in Kerala will be break in earlier mode of teaching-learning concept. Newer ways of debate is ongoing throughout all the strata of the society.
There was no such proper way to send feedback or doubts to course provider.
The health issues regarding the continuous listening through internet was never addressed by the teacher.
As a teacher, online courses are time-consuming, and we can't identify students' understanding levels of given content.

the interaction between tutor and learner is less in online teaching.

Individual attention to students is not possible. getting responds from students is a difficult task. A lot of time to prepare presentations and sitting before the computers induced heath issues

Face to face interaction was not possible. As a teacher, the communication was incomplete.

Due to the monotonous activities, following the course online was very boring
In the present scenario I think we have to do different certificate courses. For that we encourage these type of workshops.
As a teacher, I have experienced several issues during online teaching. There was no proper response from the part of the students. Further the attendance rate was low. Proper mentoring of the students was not possible. It was difficult to teach problem papers.
During the online classes, sustaining attention was too difficult.
A blended model of teaching is essential in the current scenario which is more beneficial for both the teachers and students.
Lack of training to carry out effective online classes.

1. Network Issues, Passive learners, Health Issues like Back pain, eyesight etc, cann't give emotional support to students effectively

Couldn't differentiate the active and passive listeners during the time of course imparting.
Couldn't find adequate easy solutions to develop interactive contents to handle the online class.

It was difficult to grab the attention of the students. This did add to the difficulty I faced as a teacher in assessing them effectively.

Teaching and learning in online platform provides less room to establish emotional connectivity between teachers and students.
